For Mamori Anezaki there was one goal: dedication.

One dedication was to her studies, which she always excelled at. She would become known for good grades and even become a member of the disciplinary committee in high school.

Her dedication was also to friendship, which was why she always protected her friends from harm.

In college she knew things would be different. Now Sena was in a different place than she was. He had grown into someone strong and powerful and she had changed too, and while they weren't the same anymore they would always be friends.

But now things were about a different kind of dedication. Studies were now in their final haul, friends were now people she might have all her life, and dreams she had now were the ones she would be aspiring to complete for the rest of her life.

By all rights and purposes she was not obligated to become the manager for Hiruma again. She didn't need to protect anyone and of course Sena was not there.

But Hiruma wasn't the least bit surprised when she showed up the first day of tryouts and brought notebooks with her, ready to be the manager once again.

"Hey dipshits, this is the fucking manager," he announced casually without a word coming from her. And without another word from either of them, she had sat beside him in order to help with tryouts. Both of them carried smiles on their faces.

Even now they were right beside each other, partners in a dedication to one dream they had accidentally come to share.

And that was what made Mamori Anezaki complete, because to her there was only one goal.

Dedication to a dream.

To a sport.

To that team,

and to one man.
