Cherry Blossoms
That first time they opened themselves up to each other, she was a cherry blossom during the spring: Revived, recharged, reborn.
Being with Mark has turned her into a (though she wanted to deny it) domestic, and it's rubbing off on her. But when she's around with Susan, she felt herself coming off that shell and turning back to the Elizabeth of old, the one who was game for anything, not holding back, always unsure of her steps.
Today, they took that big step: Admitting, no, showing that they are indeed, in love. There's no stopping them now. Not ever.
Story
"Have you ever wondered what could have happened if we didn't make this happen?", Susan asked to no one in particular. "Like where would we be this very moment?"
Even she herself didn't know the answer to that question. All she could think was: "Wow, can't believe I'm really here, right now." All she could do was stare into space, seemingly deep in thought...until a voice interrupted her tracks.
"Susan..."
The blonde rapidly shook her head in an attempt to clear her thoughts as she heard the sweet sound of Elizabeth calling her name.
"Thanks for helping write my story."
