His laughter rang through the room, malice and coy calculations clearly laced within his voice. It was a hypnotizing tone to her but it also frightened her as she curled in a ball and clamped her hands weakly over her ears. However, no matter how much pressure she pushed over her ears, his laughter was almost etched into her head.
"Kukuku, poor Anko-chan. It seems that you still can't be rid of me, no matter how hard you try." His mocking tone sent a shiver through her as her brown eyes quickly ghosted around the black room but it was to no avail as she saw nothing. But she immediately felt cool fingers brush over her neck and jawline, just by the curse mark that she had been given by her sensei. Instantly, she attempted to pull away but her body wouldn't respond out of shock.
"It seems that the snake," the voice whispered, lips brushing the shell of her ear, "has surrounded its prey in fear~." Anko gritted her teeth and attempted to hit him, where ever he was, put his free hand wrapped around her wrist and successfully pinned it above her head.
"Let go of me, Orochimaru," she growled out, her heart racing. However, his only response was a chuckle of amusement as a finger teasingly slid over the middle of her throat. She couldn't help but flinch.
"Wrong time to say that, Anko-chan." A stabbing pain answered her confused expression and she could barely hold back a cry of pain. Her free hand was already pinned down by his knee. She could feel a kunai barely slice through her skin while his black hair curtained his face and brushed her cheeks. Anko watched his snake-like eyes, a shiver running down her spine as she saw the dominance and power in them. "And this time..." He leaned down to whisper in her ear, "you're mine."
The elite jonin bolted upright, gasping for air as a hand flew to her throat and curse mark, both seeming to be stinging. She flinched a bit as she calmed down, sweat hitting the quilt blankets that she quickly hugged to her trembling being. His eyes and his voice remained in her ears and mind and the thunder made her jump a bit. Lightning also made her jump as she moved closer to the headboard of her bed, shadows dancing.
Guilt coiling in her stomach like a nervous snake, she hugged the blankets closer to her as she looked at the patterns. She could still feel the coolness of his hand on her wrist and his soft hair brushing her paled yet flushing cheeks. She couldn't help but miss her sensei.
"Orochimaru..."
