For years I have been alone.. Everyone walked in and out of my life like I was nothing just because I was a faunas.. And that was the same thing for relationships.. But that never stopped me from being the person I have always wanted to be.. A huntresses and now that I got into Beacon Academy I have a chance at restarting my life and go down the path I want.
We had gotten to beacon and my breath was taken away. It was a beautiful place and I was so happy.. I was fixing my flowers that hid my cat ears when all of a sudden I bumped into a girl not much smaller than me maybe by an inch or so with black/red hair.. All of our things were on the ground and we started picking them up.. She started to say
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I am so clumsy sometimes"
"No problem I am too"
"I'm ruby by the way"
"Angel"
She smiled at me and I smiled back once we had all of our stuff we headed into beacon together. Once we were about to enter the academy a blonde girl ran up to ruby and said
"Little sis I lost you there for a second.. Ohh who is this?"
"Yang this is Angel.. Angel this is yang my older sister"
"Hey yang nice to meet you"
" oh my gosh Angel I love your flower headband! It's so adorable!"
I touch my flowers and I could kinda feel my cat ears but I knew I didn't want to tell them because they may tease me about it and not want to be my friend because of it. So I just smiled, nodded, and said a simple "thank you" while we were walking in beacon a girl with white hair and a white dress who had a man carrying her things it looked like and when he would slow down she would say "hurry up you worthless bastard!" I just rolled my eyes and felt sorry for the guy.
We were listening to professor Ozpin giving his speak when I saw a girl leaving the room running and crying. So I ran after she and found her sitting on the floor crying into her hands.. Her bow fell off and I could see her cat ears.. Just like mine. I sat next to her and started to talk to her.
"What's wrong?"
" You want to know what's wrong.. This world we live in can't handle people being different.. I just don't understand."
" I know what it's like to be different just look."
She looked up at me and I took off my flower headband to show my cat ears to
" you are not alone in this world... Because there are people just like you out there who know the feelings.. And I promise even though I just met you, I will stay by your side from here on forth.. And by the way my name is Angel."
