I read "Lord of the Rings" several years ago. This is what I came up with last winter to glorify my favourite formation... the Black Riders, or Ringwraiths.
Weaving my way in and out of the fray,
taking the lives of those in my way,
cleaving their flesh to the bone with my sword,
immortal killer, I am a god.
My armour is black, I'm a rider from hell,
my power is that of all things fey and fell,
I'll hunt you down, break your body and mind,
your mangled corpse will be soon left behind.
Immortal killer, mortal man,
I am the hunter from the hellish land
no fear, no mercy, and ultimate speed,
I hunt without failure and kill without need.
I am the Nazguul, elite rider of Mordor,
unholy war for a realm of horror,
my ring on my finger, a guard against death,
I revel in your terror as you feel Sauron's wrath.
The Eye has seen you, time to bid your farewell,
I'm fast on your track like a demon from hell.
You run or you hide
but you know it's in vain,
the Black Riders shall ride
and you shall die in pain.
