The First Annual OC Hunger Games

Hello everyone and welcome to the introduction for the first annual OC Hunger Games. (and yes, if I get enough interest and people like it, it will become an annual thing.) So here's how this is going to work. Send your application in either a review, a private message, or email it to me at OChungergames hotmail . com (remove the spaces of course) OC's will be randomly drawn from a hat, so there's no worries about favorites being played and none of that first come first serve deal. Not to mention that's a little more hunger game like, no? (Unless I don't get enough OC's. Then it's whoever I have.) Your partner from your district will depend on what anime/book/movie/tv show your OC usually comes from. The partner will also be randomly picked. If it is a topic I don't know much about, I will research and watch or read it so that I know how to best write about it.
Once the tributes are chosen, the first few chapters will be dedicated to a short background story on your OC, and then readers may send questions to use in the tribute interviews. Once the games begin slips of paper will once again be randomly chosen for the gear you pick up at the cornucopia. Four tributes will also not make it past the cornucopia. How will that be decided you ask? The dear readers will decide. A poll will be put on the page for who the readers, almost like survivor tributes will be voted off. This will happen each time a new obstacle is placed for the tributes.
That leads me to my next order of business. The gamekeepers. There is an application for them as well, and I will choose two to communicate with me and help plan things for the tributes. I think I've covered everything. The applications for both are below, so email, private message or review them for me. (Gamekeeper app is private message or email only.) As well as any questions you may have. The deadline for both are Dec. 23rd, one week from now. And the games will begin Dec. 27th. So happy hunger games, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
