I do not own.

Bakura and Ryou had a nice home. It was cozy for just the two of them. They'd met two years ago, and a year ago Bakura moved in with Ry.

Right now Ryou is setting the table for dinner. Bakura sits in his cozy chair, reading his favorite book when the phone rang.

"I'll get it." Bakura called to his boyfriend and set his book down and got up going to the phone. The number wasn't recognized in his contact list so he picked it up and said;

"Hello?"

"I love you, and I want to come back home."

"M-Marik?" Bakura asked, shocked that he could hear tears in Marik's voice.

"I think I've finally learned my lesson. And I'm tired of spending all my time alone! I realized you're all I ever wanted and its killing me to be so far away. Tell me what you love me too and we'll cry together." Marik whimpered his last few sentences.

Bakura laughed…rather loudly. "Marik, I told you so. Oh how I told you so. I told you some day you'd come crawling back and asking me to take you in. Yep, I told you so. But now I've found somebody knew and you will never break my heart in two again."

"B-Bakura…"

Bakura hung up.

Weeks followed and Marik tried everyday to get Bakura back in his arms. But each time Bakura got away.

Bakura walked back to his house from the Super Mart. From behind a tree Marik jumped out in front of him and dropped to his knees.

"Marik?"

"I'm yours forever! Get down on yours knees and take my hand." Marik held his hand out to Bakura

"Hell no Marik!" Bakura said taking a step back."

"We can laugh and talk for hours! The way we did when our love first began!

"…."

"Tell me that you missed me and that you've been so lonely. And you've waited for the day I come back home."

"Marik...No."

"And that I'm your one and only."

"Marik the tables finally turn!" Bakura shouted having had enough with Marik.

"I told you! I told you someday you'd come back and look now! You've been trying for WEEKS to get me back! I told you not to go but you HAD to go! Now I've found someone new and you will never break my heart in two again."

Bakura walked around Marik.

"So that's it then? I've lost you?" Marik's whisper seemed to run after him. Bakura paused and said back harshly;

"You lost me the day you walked out." and walked away.
