Sequel to Raise Your Voice
Jay had just arrived at Flagstaff, Alabama to visit Terri. They met last year at the music program in LA and hit it off there. They had a couple of bumps in the road but nothing serious. At the end of the year, they had a big performance and tried to win a scholarship to Bristol but didn't win. Her best friend Denise did. Afterwards, Terri and Jay never stopped talking to each other and her father complained how high the phone bill was becoming but now here he is in Alabama just to see her and meet her family and friends.
Finding her house was impossible but he finally found it. Her mother answered the door and showed him where he would be sleeping. Then he proceeded to ask where Terri was and her mother told him she was hanging out at the mall with her best friend Ashley. He got a ride from her mother and found them at a girly clothes store named Aeropostale.
He sneaks up behind her so it will be a surprise and says her name. She jumps.
"Jay" she screams at him for scaring her and proceeds to hit him. Then she kisses him because she missed him so much. The kiss turned passionate but they reluctantly broke apart because of someone clearing their throat. Terri turns around to see who had done that and sees her best friend Ashley standing there watching.
"You better stop that now. You're giving them a show. " She snickered while motioning to the audience they had.
Jay had laughed while Terri had blushed 5 different shades of red.
