"Hello class we have a new student." I glanced up at the teacher and nearly lost my cool. Next to the teacher stood a girl. She had long brown hair falling past her shoulders. Her pink lips held a small smile, her cheeks practically flushed, and her green eyes huge.
"This is Kat. Please make her welcome." Every guy was staring at her. The school uniform was tight on her chest, the red plaid skirt short even with the long socks she wore. The red ribbon on her wrist demanding attention and blending at the same time. "You can sit by John." The nerdy guy bolted up, nearly causing his glasses to fall off. Damn even as my friend he's still uncool.
The secound our teacher turned her back Kat turned to face John. She shot him a smile. Sitting two seats behind him I could see everything perfectly but could hardly hear. He told her something and she worked to stiffle a laugh. After a couple minuets of them talking I was finally able to hear her voice. "Ya I would really love that John." Damn her voice was sweet. Before I could listen in some more the bell ending Homeroom sounded. They both stood and she slipped her school bag over her shoulder. "Bye John, I'll see you later than." She hugged him before turning and leaving. I got a glance at his flustered face. Damn him.
"Dave! Dave wait up!" I ignored John as I walked through the empty hallway. We were going to a class that only the two of us where in. "Jeeze, what's your problem Dace?" John asked, catching up with me. "Why don't you talk to your new girlfriend and leave me alone?" God damnit I have to calm down. He paused than laughed. "Kat? She's my friend. Besides I only invited her to join us at lunch. Why? Are you jealous?" I pushed his head down so no one could hear him. "Shut up, someone might hear you!" I only got a muffled response. "DAVE!" I let him up. "Jeeze so uncool, and besides I don't think she'll go for you." "What do you mean?" I asked opening the door to the computer lab. He grinned, "She'd be more into Rose. Kat was telling me about her ex girlfriend."
A/N: I know most of the paragraphs are short but sometimes my writing can get really huge so its harder to figure out how long they actually are. I will have longer paragraphs if I can. Also, this is almost all in Dave's POV and I'm not cool at all so if he gets uncool that's me being derp.
