Good day to all. This is my first story so if you review (I welcome reviews btw) then please mind that I'm a first-timer. So, I guess I should start with the Disclaimer.

Disclaimer: I do not own KND. If I did, things wouldn't end with 'interviews'.

Claimer: I do own this story and everything and everyone in it which doesn't appear in the show. (Like Triple Three.)

This story isn't finished yet, but it wouldn't take long for me to write the ending. I'm almost there...

One last thing, the main romance in this story is that of my character with numbuh 362 (Rachel). If you aren't interested in it, or if you feel like that I stole Rachel from numbuh 1 (Nigel), then don't read it. I don't care much what you think about that, but please don't write reviews with only that in it. Thank you.

To some of you I have to inform you that, as you can see, I have changed the Prologue. Thanks to my lazy nephew, who apparently stole some lines from somewhere, I had to re-write it. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this might bring, but I assure you that the Prologue isn't that important.

Please review and enjoy the story.

Prologue

Sunday, 11 P.M. Somewhere in the Arctic.

Yes, you have read correctly. I indeed wrote this somewhere in the Arctic. But more of that later, first I shall introduce myself: I am James Wellington, and I just had the most curious day of my young life. I can still barely believe what has happened this morning. One moment I was listening to my boring private tutor and the next moment I was saved by a bunch of kids who call themselves the 'Kids Next Door' or KND for short. They said that one of the higher-ranking members has commended me to join the Kids Next Door and that I was accepted to study at the Arctic Academy. Turns out that the Arctic Academy lies within the Arctic base which in turn lies in the Arctic. Who knew?

I don't know how I got here, but I will do a brave attempt to trace back this chain of events to its point of origin. It was on one of my father's dull parties that I encountered an elderly kid who called himself 'numbuh 700' for some reason. I don't know what he was looking there, but apparently I messed up his mission or something. I do not know how I did that, but I did.

Because I felt sorry for him, I helped him out. I undid the damage and we managed to complete the mission. Turns out, numbuh 700 was an actual spy working for this KND organization. It was probably him who recommended me.

When I entered the Arctic Academy, I was greeted by a strange girl. Her name was Rachel McKenzie, if I recall correctly. I don't know what, but there is something about her… I feel a bit weird when I'm near her, even if I just got to know her for a few hours.

Anyway, we decided to form a comradeship. She seems to feel comfortable around me, which makes me happy for some reason.

After I suffered through a speech of a certain numbuh 100, who appears to be the Supreme Leader (or something like that) of the entire KND, I started my training.

In here we have a goal. We are going to bring an end to Adult tyranny.

This might be what I was looking for. A world-wide organization to help kids everywhere. Its ideals are worthy of my loyalty and my commitment.

Finally I have found a proper way to rebel against my father.

Finally I have found the satisfaction of belonging somewhere.

Finally I have found the Kids Next Door.
