Life was unfair, Jade West decided staring at a picture in her hands. She practiced for hours a day, Tori looked at the script five minutes before the audition and she still got the part. Jade carefully planned every piece of her play, got it approved, and set the date. Tori said please to throw a 'prome' she hadn't even planned and she took over Jade's day for her play.
Tori said mean things to Jade but because no one liked Jade except her boyfriend no one cared. But if Jade even retaliated against Tori she was called all kinds of nasty names and sent glares. Everyone whispered behind Jade's back. Tori usually started the rumors. Yet it was getting to a point when even Beck didn't care.
Jade fought to keep Beck. She tried to be kinder, more tolerant, and quiet, but even that didn't make Beck stay. Tori just batted her eyes, looked pretty in pink, and put on a good face and soon Beck was at her side just like everyone predicted.
In the end even life had favorites. Tori Vega was a favorite, Jade West was hated by everyone, even life, even the only man she'd ever love.
