A/N So I just finished the last battle and I just loved the chronicles of Narnia but did my best to ignore the christian themes however the last battle was so overtly christian that in order to vent I am going to rewrite 7 novels. Yay me and as a firm believer in publication order I present The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe Rewritten

Four children by the names of Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter Pevensie were going to a mansion. It was December of 1940 the blitz was raining down, for their own safety their Mother decided it was best to send the children to the country. The house or really mansion they were going to belonged to a old professor by the name of Digory Kirke. Once they arrived at his "humble abode" he welcomed them warmly and told them to feel like you're at home. The second he left however his housekeeper Mrs Macready took charge.

"There is to be no running around, no touching the historical artifacts and no disturbing the professor" she told them quietly. Although they thought this was just a strict housekeeper, she really just wanted to make the professor happy. She noticed in December he was always distracted and sad. Though she did not know the cause she wanted to keep him as happy as possible this year and saw this as the best way to do it. The second she was gone(after giving them directions to their rooms) they trudged along too their new rooms. On the way however Edmund, the third-born, touched every single historical artifact and Peter ,the eldest child, got more annoyed every time Edmund touched something. When they reached they rooms Peter exploded(if you can explode as quietly as possible so you do not disturb anyone else)

"Will you stop that the last thing we need is to be kicked out because you can't even follow three simple rules" Peter whisper shouted

"Oh sorry did you not notice we can not have any fun around here at all"Edmund replied hotly

"Will you stop Edmund we can still go outside tomorrow and play" said Susan the second born. And then of course the next day it rained and everyone was bored out of their minds

"Can we play Monopoly"asked Susan

"Let's play hide and seek. If someone counts to 100 we will not need to run so we'll still be following the rules" suggested Lucy the youngest who hated monopoly as she always the first one to lose

"1,2,3,4..." Peter started counting and everyone started to run only to stop when remembering the rules. They then began quickly walking, Edmund hid behind a piece of odd-looking armour, Susan hid underneath a massive sofa and Lucy just kept passing door after door till she stopped two rooms short of the professor's study and went in. The only thing in that room was a massive wardrobe and to Lucy's eight year old mind going into the only thing in that room was the best hiding spot ever. When she went in she noticed the wardrobe went deeper and deeper till she fell over into snow. As she brushed herself off she realized two things. One inside a wardrobe there was a world and two in front of her was Faun right out of roman mythology holding an umbrella and some brown parcels underneath the light of a 19th century lamppost. "Oh buckets of blood" the Faun exclaimed. Yep,thought Lucy, that perfectly sums up the situation
