Read till the END...

It was a dark stormy night, a classic stereotype weather for a horror situation. She scanned the empty coffee shop and decided that this day was cursed to be unsuccessful. She gave up. She just needed to get her purse and then...

She turned around to find the back of a guy wearing a hood sitting in the corner, she gasped.

"No need to worry. i...just did not hear him enter. Yeah! that's all," she consoled herself, even though it seemed impossible.

She hung her purse back on it's prescribed hook and took a deep breath. She turned around with a smile, a menu in her hand, and approached the newcomer in her normal cheery waiter way. Her step wavered when she heard his heated argument.

"I will not do it. I can not work there without you hanging around by my side," he mumbled angrily.

She stopped for a while. The last thing she wanted to do was to interrupt an important personal conversation, but sadly this was her job and now she just wanted to get over with it. She leaned in to tap his shoulder, but stopped in her tracks. What she saw was unbelievable... unnatural.

"You have to," the small, framed portrait in the customer's hand replied...seriously the PORTRAIT.

She backed in horror, catching the attention of the customer. He stood up, sending the chair sliding back, toppling her. In a swift motion, he grabbed her stopping her fall. She looked up, his hood had dropped. She stared right into his brown eyes, he stared back. something rose in her stomach.

She...she ...Laughed. The tension in the room broke. He joined her and begun to laugh too. He placed her back on the ground gently. She blushed.

"Uh...Listen, can you not tell anyone about ... you know?" he asked, rubbing his head.

"Not like anybody will believe me," she laughed again, awkwardly. This was true, as much if magical this moment was, she could not tell anybody about it.

"Yeah...okay then I will go," he mumbled and started walking towards the door. She felt a bit of remorse tug her, she bit her lips. She silently willed him to turn around.

He turned around.

"Umm... would you like to you know maybe go get some...ice cream...sometime?" he stammered.

"I would love too," she wheezed.

"Then..," he handed her a card, "let us meet here."

She nodded. He smiled. The whole room brightened up for her.

He turned around again, this time enthusiastically. She stood there blushing like crazy.

"Classic, ask a girl out without even asking her name," his pocket said.

"Shut up," he snapped at it. She smiled as she reached for her bag.

"...The end," Lilly finished with jazz hands.

"It was boring, mom," Kelly's twin brother groaned.

"No, it was not. It was romantic," Kelly contradicted him.

Lilly sighed, their fights lasted very long. She heard the front door close. She held her breath, HE had come back home. She wanted to scream for joy.

"Daddy's home," the twins screamed.

"Yes he is," he replied.

He entered the room. She could never get enough of him. She loved his red hair, his freckles. She loved his way of walking, talking...she just loved him.

"You took your time, George," she tried to sound mad.

"Got caught up with some fans of my store," he boosted shaking his head high, revealing his cut off ear.

"Dad, where did you take mom on your first date?" Kelly inquired.

"You have been telling them our story," he smirked.

"What if I did?" she smirked back.

"No," he laughed, "Nothing."

"He took me to 'Weasley's Wizard Wheezes', "Lilly replied.

"It was hilarious to watch them demonstrate a proper act of whoops-a-daisy," Fred hooted from the nearby room.

"Shut it," George yelled. His son entered carrying a plate of cookies.

"Have one, dad," he said in his innocent voice. Lilly took it as a warning, but before she could stop George, his nose had started bleeding.

"Nose-bleed nougat in cookies," George laughed, bringing his wand up to his nose, stopping the flow.

"Don't you encourage him, George Weasley," she snapped at him angrily.

"Fred is just a kid, Lilly," George protested.

"Yeah, let Fred junior live his destiny as the heir of 'Weasley's Wizard Wheezes'," Fred joined in George's protest.

She really loved George, but sometimes she felt like she lived in a house full of children.

Author's Note: All the above characters are J.K Rowlings 's, except for the girl. I wrote this because I think nobody pays as much attention to George as he deserves. If anybody's idea was copied I didn't do it on purpose, I have not read a lot on this site. I hope you like it...don't forget to review:)
