ThunderClan

You feel the trees sway ever so slightly. Caves, scoops, and dents line the dirt. Suddenly, you see a mouse nibbling on a seed. You drop into your best hunter's crouch, and slowly stalk up to the mouse. The mouse, nonchalantly nibbling on the seed, doesn't smell you until it's too late. It starts to dash of in the undergrowth, but you catch it just in time, your claws snapping its small neck. You relish the feeling of happiness. This mouse, will feed your clan.

The trees rustle, and thin out to the sandy moor where WindClan cats live. You shiver and wonder how they could live that way, with no trees to hide in and no way to hide from the cold. Your patrol leader orders you to mark the borders. Marking the borders, you keep your senses alert in case WindClan cats will suddenly attack you.

"Nimble In The Forest", ThunderClan's popular and most famous technique is the Lightning Strike. You stalk the invaders like you are stalking prey is the first move of the Lightning Strike. You then attack an invader, the second move of the Lightning Strike. Then there's the clever part- the patrol leader would call retreat, leaving the enemy to think that the patrol had given up, the third move of the Lightning Strike. Lightning doesn't strike twice, then leading to that you would attack again in the same spot once the enemy had let their guard down, the fourth and final move of the Lightning Strike.

There are many tips for ThunderClan to keep the element of surprise:

Move quietly and communicate with signals. Cracking twigs, startled birds, and rustling bracken will tell your enemy exactly where you are.

Keep downwind of the trespassers so that your scent doesn't give you away.

Look for freshly broken twigs, overturned leaves on the forest floor, remains of prey , or a clump of fur caught on a bramble. Any animal that moves through the forest leaves behind signs that it's passes by—any signs like this could lead you straight to the invaders.

Keep your mouth open to search for unfamiliar scents. Be careful: If there is scent when there is no breeze to carry it through the forest, it could mean that your enemy if very close by.

Light-colored pelts are easily seen against brown and green foliage, so stay in the thickest cover. Keep low - the enemy will be looking for movement at normal head height, not close to the ground.

Never miss an opportunity to perfect your tracking ability. In the nursery, kits sneak up on their mothers and pounce with their moss-soft paws. Apprentices leap out on one another from behind bushes and tree stumps. These are more than just games. One day, these skills could save your life and defend your Clan.

ThunderClan's teritory is basically a huge wood, with ferns underpaw and lots of bracken. It fills your nostrils with the tempting smell of prey, but you're not aloud to hunt hear if your not ThunderClan.A huge fallen tree that provides shelter for all the cats of ThunderClan.

We are ThunderClan, found in the trees.
