It was Christmas eve and two men were sitting on a couch in their living room. The apartment belonged to one Kyo Ijuuin who was a very handsome man in his early forties through he looked much younger with dark colored eyes and black hair he was the bestselling manga author in Japan and right now he was smiling softly to the younger man in his arms.
The man in question was his thirty years old lover Yanase Yuu who had medium-length brown hair and light maroon eyes, he like his companion was really handsome and right now he was drinking hot cocoa while looking at the big Christmas tree in front of him.
"Stop looking at me and drink your cocoa it is getting cold." said the maroon eyed man without looking at his lover he did not need to he could feel his lover's heated gaze on him.
"But I enjoy looking at your more," he said kissing his younger lover who blushed at the words even after two years together he still did that and the Manga author found it cute though he would never tell his lover that.
"Yeah, yeah," he said looking turning his attention back at the tree and smiled softly.
The older man whispered in his ear" Do you want to open your present Yanase?"
The younger boy was about to say no but his older lover raised up and went to the tree and took a beautifully wrapped package and presented to him.
"What is it?" brown haired man
"Your Christmas present from me. Open it"
The younger man opened the present and inside was a special edition of "THE KAN" the Manga his lover was the author for. The marron eyed man looked at his lover "You know I helped you to write this special edition Manga, right? So why are you giving it to me."
The manga writer laughed and said, "Actually it's not the Manga that is the present it's what's is inside that it's the present through if you want you can keep the Manga too."
The younger man opened the Manga and inside with his lover's handwriting was written a sentence a dedication that made his heart soar 'To the love of my life." he smiled at his lover who just said: "Turn the page."
He did as it was told and when he did his breath caught in his throat the words there were written there was a dream come true for him and even better than the first ones 'Marry me!'
He raised his head and saw his lover with a velvet box and two tickets in his hands and all the younger man could do was a nod and nod his head many times a smile in his face as he threw his arms around his older lover and whispered the answer in his ear 'Yes.'
Kyo smiled he was happy that he accepted he had been worried for weeks if his beloved lover would accept the proposition. The night than pasted in the bed and they did not sleep until the very early hours of the morning when they became too tired to continue anymore.
