I was watching the episode where Ji Hoo gives Jan Di the ring and she gives it back because she love Jun Pyo so I got a burst of inspiration and I give you my version of what I think should have happened.

"Grandpa gave it to me, he said

Grandma gave it to mother." Ji

Hoo said. He knew that there

was 99% chance that she would

reject him, but he had to try.

"Sunbae" Jan Di said.

Ji Hoo sighed. He knew this was

the part he was dreading, but he

continued.

"I don''t know when it started,

but without you I can be either."

There was a long pause, and Ji

Hoo felt anxious to know

whether she would accept it or

not.

Jan Di was taken aback, but in

that moment she realized that

she had never stopped loving him.

Back when she had thought that

she had been able to let go of

her first love, was just a lie

that she has been forcing

herself to believe because she

thought she would never be loved

that way by Ji Hoo , but she saw

it clearly now. He had always

liked her. Then, she thought

about Jun Pyo and realized that

she was able to let go of him

with no regrets. She knew that

he was going to find someone

that loved him as much as she

loved Ji Hoo. She unclasped the

necklace that Jun Pyo had given

her and replaced it with the

beautiful ring that Ji Hoo had

given to her.

Ji Hoo couldn't believe what he

saw. Jan Di, the love of his life

who had belonged to one of his

best friends Jun Pyo, had

accepted the ring, had accepted

him.

"Jan Di... " He started saying,

but he couldn't for a coherent

thought in his mind.

"I would love to become

Grandpa's granddaughter some

day, sunbae" Jan Di could see

the happiness in Jo Hoo's eyes

even though he had a serious

face, but it soon was replaced by

that beautiful smile that never

failed to make her knees

feel week (A/N and our knees too I

bet...hehe).

"I love you Jan Di, you don't

know how long I've waited to say

those words"

"I love you too sunbae," Jan Di

Said as she grabbed Ji Hoo's shirt

and pulled him in for a long and

passionate kiss.
