Description:
Alfred comes over to wish Arthur a happy Mothers' Day.
Arthur sat at his pristine, polished wood table drinking a nice warm cup of Earl Grey tea. This is exactly how he had spent every Sunday morning for a long as he could remember. But today was special. A car motor revved what sounded fairly close to his home and shut off. He had simply dismissed it as one of the few neighbors he had left ( most of them moved away or "moved on" ) when a certain blonde-headed American all but kicked his door in, " HAPPY MOTHERS DAY IGGY!" England had spit out his tea in surprise and was cleaning his mouth with the back side of his hand," What the bloody hell are you on about now?" Alfred shoved a bouquet of pink roses into Arthur's chest. Arthur simply looked confused. " It's Mothers' Day! It's when you honor your mom and thank her for all the shit she went through," the over-excited American explained. " England sighed,"Alfred, I could hardly be considered your mother. If anything, I would be your older brother. Seeing as I am not female, I refuse for you to refer to me as your mother, even if only for a day." Alfred pouted," But Iggy! All of these people in my country are spending time with their moms, having a huge dinner, and I'm sitting around eating Ramen." Arthur pursed his lips. He glared at America and said," So, you want me to cook for you? Is that what you're getting at? Are you sure that's a good idea?" England couldn't cook! Why would America want ENGLAND to cook? Of all people! " Please?" Alfred whined," I'll even use British words and stuff while I'm here! Please, I'm really hungry!" England finally gave in, not before a good number of complaints, and went off to the kitchen. America showed off his winning smile and shouted after Arthur," Thanks Mom!"

America wants England's cooking? I came up with it in about ten minutes. Sorry about it being a tad late, but it's close enough, right? A month or two off isn't so bad... right? Quickest story I've ever written. It's not even a page long . ARE YOU HAPPY MAY?

I actually wrote this last Mother's Day...Oops. I was debating whether or not to upload it at all ( because it kind of sucks ). I decided not to wait for next year and to just go ahead and upload it. Who cares if the timing is off? I should be able to do what I want! I'm the goddamn author! * table flip*
