It was an ordinary day in heaven. The clouds were as soft and as white as snow. The sky was blue and clear as a robin's egg and the sun shined a bright brilliance in the sky. Heaven was populated by animals of various species. There were mammals, birds ,fishes and lizards. The animals all had pairs of white wings on their backs. Except for the birds. They also had golden halos above their heads. Some of them even wore white robes with silver ropes. Jacob was rocking his toy bone with his right paw. He had grown bored with the plastic toy. He would have gotten himself a new toy bone. But it will be no different than the first toy. He was bored of his time in heaven. He was tired of the same old routine and schedule. He wished that something would happen in heaven. Even if it was something bad. Jacob wondered if there were other animals. Who were bored of heaven,too. " Hi, Jacob." said a voice behind his right side. The voice belonged to a black cat with a scar on his left ear. "Hi, Issac."said Jacob. The black famine's name was Issac. He had yellow and serpentine eyes with oval-shaped pupils. He also had a pair of white wings on his back and a golden halo above his head. Jacob had no pair of wings on his back. But he did have a golden halo above his head. Jacob and Issac had been friends in heaven for two decades. Issac had used to be a tray. Before he went to heaven. His owner had abandoned him on the street. When he was a kitten and he had been a tray for four years.
Until he got run over by a delivery truck. Issac did not know what happened to his body. But he hoped that the truck driver had respectfully buried his flattened caress.
" Whatta ya doing? Jacob?" asked Issac." playing with my toy bone." answered Jacob, solemnly. "You don't look like you're playing with your bone. What is on your mind?"
"I'm bored."
"Bored? bored of what?"
"I am bored of my time here in heaven."
"You're bored of heaven?!"
"Yes. We've been here for twenty years and there is nothing exciting or dangerous around here."" Why would you be bored of heaven? It's peaceful here and everyone loves heaven. There are no humans to worry about and there are no dogs to chase you in this place."
"That's because you're a cat and there are rules against dogs chasing cats here. no-one even takes any risks here. Nothing even happens to this place. I wish i could go back to earth and go on an adventure.""But don't you like it here?"
"Not really. I never really believed in heaven or hell nor god for that matter. Until I actually entered Heaven." Suddenly, They hear a loud trumpet noise and it echoed throughout heaven. The animals stopped their daily schedule and they looked up at the sky. A blue sphere was flying toward them. It descended onto the clouds and it opened up to reveal a pink hound with a pig-tail on it's head. It had no halo. But it did have a pair of pinkish white wings on it's back and it wore a beautiful baby blue caller. Jacob knew the dog's identity. The dog's name was Annabelle. She was the female dog. Whom was in-charge of welcoming animals into heaven. She was also responsible for deciding who can go to heaven and who can go to hell." I have some dire news everyone." announced the pink dog. The animals went silent."A demon called Ian has a plan to destroy humanity."most of the animals were not alarmed by her terrible announcement. But Some of them begun to panic with fear. Annabelle claimed them down." But why?"Asked a frightened canary."don't worry everyone. I will send a team of animals down to earth and get Ian back to Hell." She snapped her fingers and a scroll magically appeared beside her. She grapes the scroll with her two paws and she unrolled it." The names of the animals. Who will be sent to earth are Laura the cockatiel."
A grey bird with with white spots , flew to her and landed beside her.
"Gerard the chameleon."
A green lizard with small horns approaches her and he took beside the cockatiel.
"Jacob the dog."
Jacob was stunned.
Annabelle had chosen him to be sent back to earth.
"Jacob, come here please."Jacob went to Annabelle. Then he found himself standing beside the chameleon." And last, but not least. Issac the cat."
Issac felt a chill go down his spine. Annabelle had chosen him, too, for this quest. He went in line to stand beside Jacob. The scroll in Annabelle's paws disappears with a poof. Then she faced the four chosen animals."Now, listen carefully. All four of you. Your mission is to track down Ian and sent him back hell. This mission is very important. It is for the sake for the animals who used to have owners and for the humans who live on earth. You must also succeed on this mission. There is no room for failure. Do you all understand your mission." The four animals nodded."good. Now go. The lives of millions depend on all of you. May God be with you." The four animals went to heaven's gate which was a large golden gate with jewels embedded on it. Everyone knew that Heaven's gate will never open for anyone. Except for when someone had died from an unfortunate fate and once you were in heaven. You could never go back to earth. Unless you asked Annabelle to send you back to earth. Jacob was excited to be on earth,again. It had been so long since he had smelled fresh air and dirt. He'd even forgot the smell of food and trees. Issac was uneasy about this mission. He didn't want to go back to earth. But he knew that some of the animals in heaven were counting on them. He also knew that there were millions of human lives at stake. The gate opened and they all went through it at once.
