for that stench is in the air.
The stench of sweat,
the stench of tears,
the stench of death.
I think I am dying,
Since I caught what's been most feared.
The Black Plague.
The destroyer,
The killer.
I think I am dying,
for I cant move.
My legs feel like led,
my arms feel like stone,
my eyes feel heavy.
I think I am dying,
as I lie on this floor.
I don't smell anything,
I don't feel anything,
I don't taste anything.
I think I am dying,
and now it's time.
My eyes stay shut,
My breath slows,
Its calm.
I think I am dying,
and I want to share my last words.
I miss you.
I'm leaving since my breath is done.
Closing my eyes is how I find peace.
