He mounted the broom and kicked hard against the ground and up, up he soared; air rushed through his hair, and his robes whipped out behind him - and in a rush of fierce joy he'd found something he could do without being taught. Harry called from the broom. He pulled his broomstick up a little to take it even higher, and heard screams and gasps of fellow Gryffindors back on the ground and an admiring whoop from Ron. They watched in awe as Harry swerved in and out of trees. He looped around the three hoops at the end of the pitch and circled the Quidditch stands where his friends waited for him. He nose-dived to the ground with a grin on his face as his friend's cheers echoed around the pitch. "Not bad, Potter. I can do better though." Harry's grin faded away and turned into an angry glare as a boy with shining grey eyes and sleek white-blond hair stepped forward.
Ron stared open-mouthed at the boy. "MALFOY!" He bellowed "You're not welcome here! Levicorpus!" Draco was lifted off the ground. His broom fell from his hands. "He hasn't done anything, yet!" Harry stated. Draco pulled out his wand and pointed it at Ron. "EXPELLIARMUS!" He cried. Ron's wand flew from his hands and Draco caught it. He snapped it into two and threw it on the floor. Harry pointed his own wand at Draco. "Liberacorpus." Draco dropped to the ground. "What do you want, Malfoy." Harry snarled. Ron and Hermione appeared at Harry's side. "I want to talk to you." Draco began. "Alone" He added as Ron stepped forward to follow them. "I'll meet you guys back in the common room," Harry told Ron and Hermione. Draco and Harry walked to the side of the pitch and the Draco whispered, "Promise me that you will never, ever tell anyone what I am about to tell you." "I promise."
"I miss you, I really do. I miss your Quidditch skills. I miss sitting on a broom with you. I miss your quirks and I miss our conversations. I miss how we used to talk every minute of every day. I miss how we were the unexpected couple. Whenever I see a broom I think of you and I just can't keep doing this. I need you, Harry. I really do." Draco sighed. Harry hesitated. Yes, he loved when Draco was his boyfriend but he didn't know if it was right. "I.." He didn't know what to say. "I need time to think." Harry went back up to Hogwarts. His friends were waiting in the common room for him. They began to ask questions. He shook them off and went up to bed. A few minutes passed. Hermione came in. "Harry?" She sat on the end of his bed. "I'm not-" He began. Hermione leant forward and kissed him.
