…Yeah, it had happened. Leo wasn't sure how, but it had.
They were curled up and sleeping, content, curiosity sated, mirror images of each other on either side of him. As he glanced back and forth between them, he couldn't help thinking -amid a collision course train of thought of "oh shit oh shit oh shit!'- that when he'd gone into the kitchen for a sandwich, this was not what he'd had in mind.
