The Star
It was Prentiss's birthday tomarow and Reid had no clue what to get walked in to the mall hopeing to get lucky and find the perfect walked from store to store with no luck what so walked into the last store,it was more of a old toy store but he thought he might as well give it a try,he looked around for awile and found nothing,untill he reached the last shelf in the back of the of the store.
Siting all by itself with a marked down price,looking like it had not ben touched in a year or knew it was the perfict gift for picked it up carefully and walked to the front desk.
"Hi,um...how-how much is this"?He asked in a small voice.
The man at the counter looked at him rather puzzled."This?No one has bought one of these in you sure"?
"Yes...I'm sure...This it perfect for her".He said looking at the man like he had lost his mind.
"Ok...You'r the will be...9.23".
Reid handed him his credet card and grabed the bag with Printess's perfect gift, and headed out of the store feeling rather proud of him self.

He walked into the BAU early in the morning hopeing she would be there,but she was not,so he sat down at his desk and put his mesenger bag down by his chair and waited for her to walk in the door,he just kept on staring at the door as if his eyes where glued to it untill he heard some one lean on his desk.
"Hay,pretty boy".Morgan said with a smerk.
Reid snaped back to realaty."Huh"?
"Reid,you ok man"?
"Ya,just waiting for prentiss,um,it's her birthday".
"Oh,my man,you planing on geting her something sweet for her birthday"?He said laughing.
"Shut up man".Reid said with a touch of anger in his voice.
Just then Emily walked in with a pile of files in her fumbulled to her desk and droped the files down on the desk with a sigh.
Reid leaned down and pulled a small box with a white bow on it,Morgan smerked and walked back to his own took a deep breath and walked over to Prentiss's desk.
"Emily".
"Hay Reid".Emily said looking up from her work for just one moment and then looked back down.
"Um,ah,happy birthday".
"Thanks".She said looking up with a smile.
"I,uh,got you something".He said handing her the box.
"Reid you did'nt have to get me any thing".
"I know,but I,uh,I wanted to".He said with a small smile.
She started opening the box and Morgan looked up trying to see what it looked up at Reid with a huge smile when she saw what it was,she pulled it out and it was a verry small replica of the star puzzle on a necklace and it had a small booklet of the story in the bottm of the held the star puzzle necklace out.
"Do I have to put it on myself"?She said looking up at him.
"Um,no I can do that".She turned around and he put it around her neck and lifted her hair to latch turned back around and smiled at him and he smiled back.
"Awwwww"! They turnd around to see JJ,Morgan,and Garcia all smiling.
"Ha ha".Emily said sarcasticly.
They all went back to there and Reid looked at each other and smiled.
Emily thought to her self"This was pretty good birthday after all".
