Prologue- Zootopia ranger scouts

A young fox kit ran out a large building with a muzzle on mouth as he took it off and cried in sadness and was walking home he saw his next door neighbor friend playing with a small paper boat as it was raining. The young rabbit was chasing after his boat as it went down a sewer drain. "No!" He peeked down to see if he could find it and that's when a large white face with red lips and a large red nose and red hair popped up which startled the young buck. "Ha ya Georgie!" "My dad says I'm not supposed to talk to strangers." "Very nice of your dad let me tell you my name im Pennywise the dancing clown and your georgie so now we know each other!" "I guess but i have to go." "Oh but you wouldn't want to leave without this." The Strange creature then pulled out a paper boat and held it. "My boat!" "Come play with me there's a whole circus down here popcorn,peanuts, cotton candy!" "No thanks." The young rabbit reached for his small boat and that's when the creature bit his arm and ripped it off! "AHH!!!" The Scream was only heard by one animal but No one else as the creature grabbed georgie and dragged him into the sewer where he was never found.
