Molly awoke to the smell of burnt pancakes. Parkman was cooking again. She quickly got out of bed and stood patiently leaning against the door frame. She put a strand of strawberry blond hair behind her ear. "Daddy?"

Matt Parkman in an apron reading "I can force you to kiss the cook (but I not going to because I'm a good guy)" covered in pancake batter grinned at Molly. "Good morning sweet heart!" He wrapped her in a big warm hug.

Molly took a nibble of a pancake shaped charcoal, unsure whether to ask the question that had been on her mind since school yesterday. She tugged nervously on her pyjamas. "I need to ask you something."

Matt smiled at Molly and put down the spatula. "Sure honey. What is it?" Never in Matt's wildest dreams did he think deserved someone as sweet as Molly in his life. But there she was, standing in the kitchen and he couldn't help the smile plastered on his face.

"Maybe you should get Mohinder."

"Mohinder!" he called.

Now Mohinder had just gone to bed two hours ago in a pile of half written papers and a puddle of cold black coffee. "Hmmhmmf." He groaned. Zombie walking his way to the kitchen, he couldn't help realise how much Molly had changed his life. The little strawberry blond who had reminded him what it was to be a family again.

Molly began. "Lilly asked me yesterday if you were gay and I wanted to know what she means."

Matt and Mohinder stood in silence. Then looked uncomfortably at each other and took a few shuffles away. "Umm...no. No! No way!" They suddenly felt like the apartment kitchen was too small.

Molly shrugged. "Okay then. I'll tell Lilly. Thanks." Then she skipped off into her bed room.

Leaving Mohinder and Matt standing awkwardly next to eachother...

"Sooo..."

"So..." Matt gestured hurriedly behind him with one hand. "I...I have a wife. Had a wife."

Mohinder just gave a small smile and considered whether to call the Hatian. Nah! "I wouldn't mind a pancake."
