Mommy's Little Girl?
Takes place right after 5.13, s spoilers. Drunken Sam muses on his grandparents and his brother. Inebriated Wincest (thank you SO much, mad server! LOL I hsve to say I never really thought about Wincest until I read your stories.).

"Dude, you're gonna have to stop calling me Samantha, because I think it's pretty clear Mom wanted you to be the girl." Sam tugged off his shirt and tossed in carelessly on the bed above Castiel's head.
"Come again." Dean gave his brother a drunken, yet wary look.
"We're named after her parents, right? And she gave me the man's name. That proves she wanted her first born to be a sweet little girl." Sam snuggled under the covers.
Dean did the same. "Go to sleep, Francis." He kissed his brother quickly, and would blame the booze the morning after.
