A/N- This was written in a whole 5 minutes, and is my first (complete) try at CSI fanfiction. Fear it. Fear it good, ha.
Disclaimer: If I owned CSI, I would be a very happy fangirl.
"Hypothetical question here. If one guy kisses another guy without warning, would that warrant the kissee to punch the kisser in the face, or any other part of his body?"
Nick looked up at Greg, who was reading a magazine on the other side of the break room table.
"Excuse me?" Nick raised an eyebrow at his spiky haired co-worker.
Greg sighed heavily, lifting his eyes from his magazine. "If a guy were to kiss another guy, without warning, would the kissee have the right to punch the other guy in the face? Hypothetically, of course."
Nick's other eyebrow rose to meet its twin. "Where'd this come from?"
Greg flicked his magazine around so Nick could partially see the page he was reading.
"I was just reading the readers opinion letter page thing, and this one guy wrote in saying that if a guy is kissed by another guy without warning, weather it's welcome or not, the kisser deserves a punch in the face."
Nick rubbed the bridge of his nose. "So, you're asking me this, why?"
"I just wanted to know your opinion. Personally, I think that's ridiculous. If the intentions are pure…ish, then nobody deserves to get punched. In the face, or otherwise."
Nick thought about it for a moment.
"If the intention is to tell the other person you like them, non-verbally, then yeah, I agree with you. They don't deserve to be punched. In the face, or otherwise."
Greg nodded with a smile.
"That's good to know."
Greg placed his magazine down, got up, and walked around the table to Nick. He then bent slightly, and kissed Nick square on the lips.
When he pulled away he gave Nick a quick smirk, and headed out of the break room.
