Cameras are flashing, the sounds of cheers are like background music. Doug and Kate just stare at each other after this kiss.

Doug: You love me?

Kate: Yes! Why else would I say that Douglas?

They skate off the ice hand in hand.

Reporter: Was that a kiss I saw?

Doug: Let us have some breathing room please, we are waiting for our scores.

The scores come up and they have won the gold.

Doug: (lifts up Kate in his arms) We did it! We did it!

Kate: (laughs) Yes we did!

Doug: (he kisses he passionately this time) I love you Kat, I know you are the one for me.

Kate: Lets go an celebrate!

Kate is in here hotel room showering for a night out on the town. Doug walks into her room. She walks out in a towel.

Kate: ( looks at him with her eyes wide in shock) What are you doing here?

Doug: What I can't be in here?

Kate: Um, I..I..don't know. I mean we are together right?

Doug: Well, I thought so. Kate I love you and would never do anything you are not ready for.

Kate: I know that. I guess I am a little scared.

Doug: Scared why? Are you scared of me?

Kate: No! I am not scared of you Doug. I know I seem like I always know everything but I am unexperianced in this part of a relationship.

Doug: What do you mean by that?

Kate: I mean I have never been with a man before.

Doug: What about Hail?

Kate: We did come close quite a few times but something always stopped me. I guess I just wasn't ready then.

Doug: Kate, I am not in a hurry.

Kate: I know that. (she smiles) Well, let me just finish getting ready and then we can go and celebrate.

(Doug sits on the bed and waits for Kate. 30 minutes later she comes out looking stunning)

Doug: You look awazing!

Kate: Thank you. (giggles)

Doug: (holds out hand) Well, lets get out of here.

Kate: (grabs a hold of his hand tightly) Lets!

(they got out to a club similar to the only they went to when they won their way into the Olympics)

Doug: So what do you wanna try this time?

Kate: I think I will have a beer.

Doug: (to bartender) A beer for the lady and one for me too.

Kate: (takes a swig of beer) Mmm, that's pretty good.

Doug: Well, I have always liked a good cold one. (smiles)

Kate: I am not going to get too crazy tonight. I just want to have fun.

Doug: I will make sure you do!

(Kate smiles and they celebrate for a few hours)

Doug: It's getting late babe, whatd'ya say we skip outta here.

Kate: Sounds good to me Douglas.

(Doug laughs)

(they get back to the house Kate gets ready for bed and Doug sits on here bed and waits for her to come out of the bathroom)

Kate: (walks out) Oh you are still here.

Doug: Where else would I be?
