Disclaimer: I do not own Twilight, NM, or the amazing book Eclipse.
I continued to pace the floor as I had been for the past hour and a half. I was thinking of the consequences of if Bella did find out that I sent that letter; trying to decide whether I should or shouldn't, right or wrong… I knew that if she happened to find out that she would become exceptionally furious with me, but ultimately would forgive me; because I would tell her why I did it and why I had to do it.
I glanced back to see if Bella was still asleep.
Though the transparent window the soft moonlight cast a pale haze over her sleeping figure. Her legs were curled up to her chest and her mouth was slightly open. Several pieces of her chocolate, brown hair had escaped from behind her ear and a single strand ran across her face.
I quietly walked up to her and lightly sat down next to her, barely moving the mattress. I reached my hand towards her face and lightly brushed the strand of hair away from her face and put it back behind her ear.
Against my touch, she unconsciously exhaled a small breath of relief and tried to snuggle closer to my frigid body.
I put my arm around her, pulling her closer towards me. I brought my legs up to the small bed and pulled her closer to my chest.
My finger automatically started to stroke her soft hair.
My eyes glanced down towards her beautiful face and I smiled gently thinking of all the joy she's brought me in this life.
Again the thought of writing the letter she had asked me not to write slipped silently back into my mind.
I glanced at Bella's old digital clock that rested next to the bed on her nightstand. The read numbers read 2:40 a.m.
I knew that I had more then enough time to go to my house quickly and write the letter.
I had already written half of it in my head so putting the words on paper wouldn't be a problem at all.
Gently, I pried Bella's warm hands from my blue shirt and stood up.
Undisturbed by my movement she continued to breathe evenly and rolled over on her other side, taking the rest of her blankets with her.
I opened the glass window, checking once more behind me, closed the window and jumped to the mossy ground.
As soon as I hit the dirt I quickly started to sprint towards my house. I reached it in less then five minutes.
Of course everyone was awake; Emmet and Rosalie were surprisingly playing a violent video game and it looked as if Rosalie was actually beating Emmet. They were so immersed in their game they didn't even notice my presence as I walked silently by.
I chuckled quietly to myself.
I didn't see any of my other family members throughout the rest of the house.
Quickly I walked to my room trying to reach it without attracting too much attention.
The only being I wanted to know about what I was about to do is the man I'm going to send it to.
Undoubtedly, of course, Alice already had a vision of me perhaps sitting down writing on a piece of parchment.
Now thinking about it I realized that no one really being here was a coincidence.
Reaching the table where I kept a stack of papers, I grabbed a single sheet, a usable pen, sat down on my black leather couch, and wrote out only letter I would probably ever write to Jacob Black.
Pretty darn short but I don't think its half bad. It's the first time I've ever written in Edwards POV and I think Bella's is simpler.
By the way, reviews and flames are welcome!
