Michaela sighed, Sully's been her husband for two months now, and what a wonderful two months it's been.
Michaela was on the porch of the homestead, enjoying the peace and quiet while Matthew was riding his horse and Colleen and Brian were playing with their friends. Sully was... where is Sully? She thought. Her question was answered quickly.
"I see ya like the view."
Michaela whipped her head around to see her husband.
"Yes, and I'm just thinking."
"Well can I join ya?" Sully asked.
"Of course!" Michaela replied.
They sat down in silence for a few minutes before Michaela addressed her husband.
"What are YOU thinking about?"
Sully smirked. "Stuff."
Michaela playfully glared at her husband. "Like what?"
"Stuff." He simply replied again.
Michaela huffed then stared straight forward, pretending her husband wasn't there.
Sully sighed and returned to his thoughts.
Oh Michaela, if only you could read my thoughts. My innermost personal thoughts. Michaela, if you could read my thoughts you would know how much I love you. You would know how much I admire you, everything about you. I admire your beauty, your intelligence, your stubbornness, your determinations, and your huge heart. You will stop at nothing but your goal. Oh Michaela, I love you more than anything else in this world. You changed my life and my outlook on many things. You surprised me with your courage and open heart towards all. I love you so much.
Sully shifted his thoughts to a different thing about Michaela.
Thinkin' bout it, I now know that my love for Michaela is so much deeper than Abigail. With Abby, it was an infatuation, or even if it was love, it was much shallower. It might have even been a deep friendship, only God knows. With Michaela, it was love. Pure, holy love. They were in love physically, emotionally, and mentally. They loved each other and were both put on the Earth to be with each other. They loved each other and were meant to be.
Oh, Michaela, I love you more than you will ever know.
Sully shifted his thoughts back to reality, his wife.
"What are ya thinkin' bout?" Sully asked her.
Now it was her turn to smirk. "Stuff."
He rolled his eyes in defeat and annoyance.
Michaela fell back into her thoughts.
Oh Sully, if only you could read my thoughts. My innermost personal thoughts. You are my rock, the person I depend on, the man I vent to, and most importantly, the man I love. Sully sticks with me even if I'm not having a good day and complain. He will always stay with me. He doesn't care how much I ramble or yell, he will always stay with me. He protects me and is defensive, even if it bugs me, and he accepts my past. He loves me and I love him to the moon and back. He accepted me after Boston and after David.
She grimaced.
I thought I "loved" David and he loved me back, but that was true. I attached myself to the first guy that talked to me, and I was fed up with my mother and she accepted David. All he did was tolerate me and give me false hope. As soon as I would've married him, he would've taken me out of work as a wife and mother. Sully accepts that. Sully. Oh, Sully. I love you so much and I could never express my love for you the way I want to. Sully you will never know how much I love and appreciate you and all you do. I love you Sully...
They both looked at each other now and kissed. It was pure, intense, and passionate. Sully raised his eyebrows at his wife and she nodded. He lifted her up and brought her up to their new bedroom and shut the door. They needed privacy. Now, both can express their love. 💕💕💕
A/N- I hope you enjoyed! I know it's short, but it got my thoughts down:). Please Review! Thanks!
