A Saiyan's First Words
"Say Mommy, Trunks! Come on say Mommy" A blue haired Bulma Briefs asked her ten month old toddler, Trunks. He was a cute purple haired child with his mother's eyes and his father's temper. And that temper was began to show as the toddler repeatedly shook his head every time his mother asked for him to speak. Earlier that day as his father, Vegeta, had been watching him earlier that afternoon when it had appeared Trunks was trying to say something. Vegeta ignored it, but Bulma practically jumped for joy. If she had been a child prodigy, then surely her son would be . "Please, my wittle Trunksie" she begged switching to baby talk in order to soften him up. Just as she was about to give up her husband walked into the living room. "Still trying to get the infant to talk?" Vegeta asked, slightly smirking when he saw Trunk shaking his head furiously. "Maybe you can get him to talk" Bulma asked truly exhausted by both the males she loved dearly. "And why would I do that, you seem to be having so much fun," he said teasing her as he sometimes did. "Because he's just like you! Stubborn!" Bulma yelled as she stormed out of the room. Vegeta looked at the toddler. Trunks smiled at him sweetly as Vegeta walked towards him. "Sa ya da! Na da ee" the infant shrieked as Vegeta picked him up. "Well, child what is it you have to say?" Vegeta asked as he stared into his son's baby blue eyes. "Sa ya in dada " Trunks replied. "Excuse me?" Vegeta asked startled. "Dada Saiyan" Trunks said smiling. "And you are too" Vegeta said as he took his Trunks to the car so they could go to the toy store. "Heh. Kid's not even one yet and he already knows how powerful I am. Kakarott could learn a thing or two from him' Vegeta thought as he fastened Trunks into his car seat.
So another one shot. this time aout Trunks first words. Lot'a of people would make it Daddy, Dada, Father, or a cussing word, but not I! I decided Trunks probably heard Vegeta talking about Saiyans, Goku, etc. And Vegeta would talk about it alot so here we are. Oh and please review.
