A.N. : This is just another little idea I had, in the middle of the night...That's a total of 3 this week. So: This fic will end up with 26 chaps. All of these chaps will be inspired by/have titles beginning with one letter of the alphabet (a,b,c,d...you know what I'm talking about...). They will also be letters to the Marauders. Kind of like an ask-the-Marauders thing. Not all of these will take place during the Marauder Era, but you'll be able to tell which ones are/aren't. For The Alphabet Challenge and Snakes and Ladders Challenge, both on HPFC. I own nothing

Dear Prongs,

Dear Prongs,

Since I know you turned 17 over a month ago, I needed some advice.

Apparition. Any tips?

I signed up for the practice sessions on the weekends, but I still can't do it! Luckily, I don't become of age until May. I just want to be able to pass the test when I finally can.

Rumor has it that you passed on your first try. That doesn't really surprise me, you could pass anything you wanted! This is why I'm asking you. I need some tips from a pro.

Sincerely,

Splincher

Dear Splincher,

You've come to the right man. Or your owl has, anyway.

I did, in fact, pass my Apparition test with flying colours on my first attempt. I also, however, noticed that you're trying to butter me up.

Hopefully, you notice that it worked.

Prongs' Tips For Beginner Apparition:

1) Stand in any given spot (apart from any place within Hogwarts, as the results will not prove to be effective).

2) Shut your eyes. Apparition will not commence if one's eyes are opened.

3) Turn on the spot.

4) Take a bit of a leap forwards.

5) Open your eyes. You have now successfully Apparated!

Granted, you will only Apparate a few feet, at first, but if you continue to practice, you will improve. Soon, you'll be able to Apparate long distances!

All you'll need to do to pass that test is to follow those tips!

Good luck!

Yours,

Prongs
