Author's note: Pokémon World Tournament! :D I'm not sure if anyone else has done this, but… Well, I just had the idea. :D Requests are more than welcome! If you want to request, please state the two characters that will be opponents for the round and whether you want them in a relationship, or something else. The characters must be ones eligible for the tournament that you want them to participate in. I only accept het pairings though .

"A big thanks to all who have come here for the grand opening of this very special facility-where Trainers who have proven themselves worthy can participate in tournaments pitting them against others from all over the world! After the long wait, it's finally time to unveil the Pokémon World Tournament!"
The Pokémon World Tournament building had a huge screen hung at the front of the building, which would show the heated battles between participating Trainers. Spotlights shining various colors cast vibrant spots all over the building.
People of all age groups streamed into the building and filled up the huge and spacious spectators stands where the audience could watch Trainers battle live. A huge screen even bigger than the one at the entrance showed a zoomed-in version of the live battle in high definition.
At the announcer's heralding call, the first Trainer walked along the long path and stepped onto the stage amidst the wild cheers of the audience.
On the other end, the opposing Trainer strode quickly up onto the as the audience cheered with vigor.
The two esteemed Trainers locked gazes as the large screen showed their identities. The letters "VS" burned brightly in the backdrop as the two Trainers slowly appraised each other. Determination burned like an ignited flame in the eyes of the competitors. Each sent out their first Pokémon. The audience, sensing their tension, held their breath and there was a sudden silence. Then a Trainer shouted a command and the Pokémon leapt into battle, breaking the silence.
And the battle had just begun.
