Ok this is my form of closure. Please try not to cry, I'm so sorry.
Hazel opened her eyes; the first thing she saw was blue sky above her. She sat up and reached to adjust her oxygen cannula, it wasn't there but she could breathe. "Hello" said a sweet voice. A girl stood above Hazel blocking out the sun, she was wearing a white dress and had golden hair "I'm Prim" said the girl smiling.
"I'm Hazel" Hazel said confused.
"Welcome to Heaven" Prim said as she helped her up "Let me show you around" she gestured around the green field. Hazel followed Prim as she walked "That's my Father" Prim smiled at her Father who was carving a small bow. "There's Rue, Thresh, Finnick and Rue" she gestured at a young girl playing with two young men while and old woman sat in a rocking chair under a tree smiling. "Finnick's very handsome, am I right?" Prim whispered. Hazel giggled. Next the saw a group huddled together while an older man watched over them "That's Fred, the one with the red hair. The girl with the purple hair is Tonks, she can change her appearance if you ask nicely. And Alaska, she's the one smoking. They all love Pranks. And Remus us there too, he's Tonks' husband" Prim explained. Hazel smiled, they sounded fun. An old man with a long beard sat in a chair with a man with an eyes that moved independently. "They're Professor Dumbledore ,and Mad-eye. Don't ask about his eyes. But Dumbledore is very kind and always has sweets" they carried on moving. An ugly little creature covered in socks crossed there path "Hello Dobby" Prim enthused.
"Hello Miss Everdeen" the creature said before carrying on his way.
"That's Dobby, he's an elf" Prim explained. They carried on. Three people sat together laughing "Over there is Tosh, Owen and Ianto" another group sat laughing even louder "There's Tris, Will and Uriah. They're Dauntless" Prim looked at Hazel and realised something. "Only a few more people left" Prim assured Hazel. Prim pointed at a woman with red hair and a kind looking man "That's Amy and Rory, they miss their daughter Melody or is River I never get it right" Prim drifted away. An older man and woman sat closely "Mr and Mrs Prior" Prim nodded "They're Tris's parents" she added to Hazel. They continued walking "But I think you want to see someone else" Prim smiled kindly "He's over there" she gestured to a boy sitting against a tree. Hazel walked towards him, as she got closer the boy stood up. When he saw who it was he ran towards here, with no limp "Hazel Grace!" he shouted. He gathered her up in his arms, Hazel cried into his chest "Gus, I missed you"
"Want to know a good thing about being dead?" Augustus asked with a hint of his old arrogance.
"What?" Hazel smiled.
"There's no cancer in Heaven" he told her grinning.
