I imagine you can only understand the complex vocabulary through the use of search engines. At any rate, allow me to clearly state the point of this letter in terminology you understand:

Frankly, that's bullshit. You're some little attention whore who can do nothing. No one cares about you.

That is, no one cared about you. Recently, you've found a malfunctioning Monokuma unit and have used it to your advantage in claiming to be 'the mastermind behind Monokuma'. Again, let me respond in words you'll understand.

By the time Alicia had read the entire letter, anger filled her eyes. "I'm so gonna curse this bastard out." She exclaimed, putting the letter in her pocket. "This guy is messing with the wrong chick today. He don't know who he fucking around with."

She then stormed off, looking for the address that was on the envelope.
