BIG BROTHER
Hey guys! I wanted to write a one shot on how Al felt about Ed. Enjoy!
She stood by the window looking pale in the moonlight. "Hey Al" she said. It felt foreign. "Go to sleep Winry" I say. She looked almost broken. I was shocked. She may not be that physically strong but mentally she is one of the strongest people I know. Though she is terrifying with a wrench.
She gives an almost perfect fake grin which I know she learned from Brother, but it was not nearly as good as his. She wasn't nearly as good at hiding her emotions yet but then again brother joined the military as a state alchemist, so he has been a soldier since he was twelve, for me. He gave his childhood when he was 5 to act as my elder, that is ever since mom died. After the failed human transmutation, he joined the military to get my body back. He doesn't have to do that, but he still does. That's why I am Alphonse Elric and he is Edward Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist and it will be that way. He is a major and I am a civilian, he is The Hero Of The People and I am his brother, he is a Dog Of The Military and I am his puppy, always following him around. He is the rough but truthful one and I am the soft one, but his heart is the best, most powerful, compassionate and kind heart. Yeah, a Fullmetal heart. Ironic but true. I also know her almost broken state is for him, not me, but he deserves it. He gave proof that there is some for me and she is proof there is someone for him too. That is why he is Major Edward Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist, dubbed Hero Of The People.
So how was it. This is my first one shot. We were doing writing exercises so I wrote this and really liked it so made it a one shot. Please review.
