Stahl looked at his sword with sad eyes. It had a huge crack down the middle and his arms and legs were shaking so badly he could barely hold himself upright. He had been training for what seemed like hours. He wanted to be better, stronger than he was. Not that he couldn't handle himself in a fight, but he wanted. Stahl wanted to be like Sully. The red-headed woman was amazing, she could run right into a fight and give it everything she had no mater how dangerous it seemed. She had a fire that Stahl wanted for himself. When Sully went head first into battle it was with bravery and confidence.
Stahl ran at the tree one more time this time even harder, he brat down his sword one more time and it broke in half. He let out a pained yelp and went back. Stahl waited for the ground to smack into his behind but instead he felt two slender, yet strong arms go under his. Stahl looked up with wide eyes into Sully's face. Her eyes were wide and her mouth was open like she wanted to say something but nothing came out.

"S-Sully?" Stahl asks surprised.

"What the hell are you doing out in the rain Stahl?" She asks.

Stahl blinked a few times, he didn't even realize the gray sky above his head or the cool rain falling on his face. He let Sully help him to his feet and gave her an awkward smile.

"Oh, I didn't even realize it was raining how funny." He says scratching his head.

Sully hits Stahl upside the head and makes a disapproving face. Sully was just walking over to speak with Lissa about a wound she had gotten in the last battle they had been in, when she happened to walk past the training ground and saw Stahl training his ass off. Normally this would make Sully really happy that the normally lazy swordsmen was working so hard. Although Sthal looked angry and frustrated, like he was trying to find a way to cut the already cut up tree fall with only a single blow.

"Are you stupid or something! If you get sick you'll slow everyone down!" She barked at the green haired man.

Sthal looked at Sully for a long moment before smiling.

"Oh, Sully you care." He says in a sing-song voice.

Sully rolls her eyes and smiles at Stahl. It always made Stahl stair when the red-headed woman would smile. It was always so soft for such a strong woman. He liked it when she smiled, he liked it when she looked happy.

"Like I care, if you slow us down I'll run you though." She says playfully.

Sully looked down at Stahl's rained covered shirt and was brat back to the present and the feeling of rain falling on her and her partner. She looked up into Stahl face and grinned.

"We should go back inside." She says.

Stahl stands there for a moment again. He never realized how deep Sully's eyes seemed. He never gave thought to how much sorter she was then him. Sthal never really thought about how lovely Sully was over all. Sure she wasnt overly soft or girly, but she could be his best friend and then be his meteor in next moment they were together. Training, smiling, drinking, no matter what they were doing Sthal loved every moment he spent with Sully. Sthal's eyes locked on to a clear rain drop that was running down Sully's cheek and then wiped it away with his thumb. Sully jumped and looked at Sthal with wide eyes.

"Stahl?" She asks.

"S-Sorry, were getting really wet. We should go inside." He says backing away from Sully.

Sully smiled.

"Y-Yeah. I was going to go see Lissa anyways." She says smiling.

Then Sully walked away leaving Stahl standing in the rain with his heart beating faster than it should have been beating.
