He never knew what this war would end to. In his mind he thought of expansive fields with children playing in them, Jedi practising on a balcony for all to see their amazing talent, and the clones to be treated as normal people as they deserve to be. At the first night of victory the soldiers and Jedi would gather up every droid on in galaxy and burn them in the centre, then finally he could be free. But nothing is the same anymore.
He wasn't the only one to disobey order66. Commander Wolf and Commano Greggor were ready to pick him up about 5 miles south from where he was he it was just a matter of getting about. All around him was death and destruction people fleeing from him when ever they caught a glimpse of Rex. He could understand why just it was very unpleasant.
Eventually Rex found himself standing infront of 4 501st legion Troopers. "Hey Rex!" Yelled one.
"Did you get some?"
"Do you have their lightsabers?"
"Its a gold mine in the temple!"
Rex stood in disbelief then, without thinking what the outcome might be, shot two of the clones with his Westars. The Other two quickly aimed but not soon after their heads we 30 centre meters from their bodies.
As Rex looked up and it was the person he had wanted do see the most in years, Ashoka.
