Tears of Love
Part 1
Tamahome walked down the hall of the court. He overheard people talking. He wondered what room it was coming from. He followed the sound as quietly as he could until he found where the noise was coming from. He looked through the crack of the door. It was Hotohori and Miaka lying on a bed reading.
"Don't you like this book, Miaka?" whispered Hotohori. Miaka said excitedly, "Yes, its a really cute story."
Miaka leaned to give Hotohori a hug and accidentally kissed him. Tamahome saw that and busted in on them. He had tears coming down.
"HOW COULD YOU MIAKA? I thought you loved me and no one else. How could you kiss someone like that? The least you could do is tell me you want to see someone else!" screamed Tamahome
Miaka jumped up that instant and tried to reason with him.
"Tamahome, first of all I want to know why you were spying on me. You know that I love you. That kiss was just accidental," cried Miaka
Tamahome backed up and said, "Don't give me that crap. I don't believe you. You're lying. I saw you. You kissed him. What more do I need to see then that. I need some time to think. Then we can talk about this Miaka.
Tamahome stormed out of the room and ran into town. He didn't stop running until he came across a river. He sat and leaned on a tree. He looked into the river and saw images. His tears fell into the river as he saw an image of Miaka.
A voice came out of the woods. "Well, look what the gods dropped here."
Tamahome jumped up. "Who's there? Answer me!"
A figure appeared. It was Nuriko. He stood there face to face with Tamahome. Nuriko put his hair into a tie.
"Hey tama-kins, I know what your upset about. Im so pissed at Miaka that I want to break her face in. She knows what I feel for Hotohori.
Nuriko starts imitating Miaka. "Hotohori and I are just friends. There is nothing nor is there going to be anything between up but a friendship."....................YEAH RIGHT!.. "How did you know about Miaka and Hotohori." asked Tamahome.
Nuriko stepped forward. "I was near the window and I peaked in and saw the kiss and then you bursting in. I can't believe that she would do that to you." "Maybe it was an accident, Tama-kins. I think she does love you, and I know you love her. Am I correct?"
"You know I love her with all my heart. She is the only person that I love that I would protect for the rest of my life." Nuriko screamed "I've got an idea Tama-kins. How about we trick her for a few days." "How about we act as if we are an item and test Miaka. I hate the fact that Hotohori is a love sick puppy for her. I want him. Its should be me, not her." "Ok. I will go along with your plan. I want Miaka back and I hope this works
Nurkio started jumping up and down clapping. He started in saying "There is just one thing Tamahome."
"Whats that?" asked Tamahome "Were gonna have to kiss a few times." said Nuriko as she walked up to Tamahome.
Meanwhile, Back at the palace.......................
Miaka was screaming. "Where could he be? It's been hours. How can he just accuse me of cheating? He is so jealous!
Miaka started crying hysterically. Hotohori walked over to Miaka and held her close and tried to calm her down.
Hotohori whispered, "There, there, Miaka. Dry those tears." Hotohori gave her a rag to dry her face. Tamahome is just being imature. He will come around to his senses. You do know I love you and I will be there for you always. My offer still stands about making you my wife after all of this is over. Just think about it.
" Thank you Hotohori," said Miaka.
Hotohori leaned towards Miaka. "Like I said Miaka, I will find a way to make you fall in love with me." ...And with that, Hotohori kissed Miaka.
