It was the worst form of pain. He could not bear it, not seeing her beautiful face for all those years. And the only thing he had to remember her by was that damn phone. He got in so much trouble because of that cursed phone, but had not been for that phone Yukiteru would have never had his journey with Yuno. When he first met her, all Yuki saw was some insane bitch with a need for him. That view of her soon came to pass when he discovered a different side of her, at the end of the survival game he understood her, he loved her as intensely as she loved him… but now she was gone. She was gone and there he lay, a god without a purpose.
Murmur landed on Yuki with a giant thud. "Gahh!", he screamed. "What the hell, Murmur!?"
Murmur got off of Yuki and floated in front of him and began to speak. "Boss, you know I love you and I want you to be happy, BUT WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOREVER!", her voice hitting Yuki like a train.
"Murmur, I have heard your lecture so many times I have it memorized.", said Yuki with a bit of anger in his words.
"Can you at least make me some more manga, I mean you're a God for God- well uh I guess I should say for your sakes"
Yuki sighed and with a wave of his hand, hundreds of new books appeared out of thin air. Murmur's eyes almost popped out of her head when she saw this. Murmur went directly to reading without saying another word.
"That shut her up… for now", Yuki thought
Yuki was in pain, he welcomed death as a life without his love felt like he was in hell. Just as Yuki was closing his eyes, he heard a loud crash as if someone had broken glass. He looked up and saw shards of the void fall, he had to dodge a piece to avoid getting crushed. Yuki looked up to see just what the hell was going on and saw a bright light. Yuki shielded his eyes, but when he looked up he saw her sitting there. Could this actually be her?
"YUKI!", he heard the her yell
There was no doubt in his mind, this was his love, this was Yuno Gasai. She leapt from the broken area and hugged Yuki in a tight squeeze. Yuki was so happy. He looked at her in amazement and happiness. "Yuno, god I missed you so much"
Yuki kissed her in an intense bond that probably would have lasted longer had Ninth not interrupted.
"Hey Loverboy! I believe you have other company!"
It was good to see that Minene had not lost her sarcasm. After a catch up on her life and a quick debate on whether Ninth actually had children, Yuki turned back to Yuno, who was still sticking to him like glue. "Yuno, how did you do this, I thought I would never see you again"
Yuno let go of him and pointed to the first world Murmur. "She helped me love, she restored my memories of us", Yuno enveloped Yuki's hand with her own, "She led me to you"
Yuki was a bit surprised when he discovered that she was the third world Yuno, but he did not care, she was his Yuno, he saved her, he knew her, and he was never letting go of her.
