Chapter 1
Jackie's Pov
"Dad, mom, stop!" I yell at my parents as they punched and kicked each other. "I HATE YOU!" My dad yelled at my mom. "GO TO BED!" My mom yelled at me. I walked towards the stairs, but when I looked back I saw my dad with a knife. He stabbed my mom in the shoulder, then he aimed for the head but hit something different, my arm. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! YOU'RE GOING TO THAT NEW SCHOOL IN THE MORNING!" my dad yelled at me. I shook my head. "I'm not going to let you kill each other!" I put my hand on my bleeding arm. and walked up the stairs into my blue and purple room. I walked to my bed and plopped down. I felt tears fall down my face, "W-why, does this have to happen to me?" I whispered to myself as I fell asleep.
I woke up to my mom braiding my long teal hair. Even though my parents hated each other my mom loved me, my dad? Hated me. "Its a big day honey! New school! Also I looked at who's in your class!" my mom tied the one long braid with a purple tie with heart on it. I looked at my mom she was bruised and bloody. "Who?" I said in a sleepy voice. "You were friends in grade school till she moved. Its Madoka!" My mom told me excitedly. I jerked up and got out of my pajamas and put on my uniform a white shirt with a tan long sleeved shirt with a giant red bow on the chest part, and a black short skirt with white lines then knee high white socks and brown shoes. Me and Madoka Kaname were the best of friends, until she moved to Mitakihara, I lived in a different town in Japan, then my mom got a job here, now I'm here! When I was done my mom handed me some toast. I waved to mom, and my dad.
