Broken Trust
(A/N this is my 2nd fanfic, I don't know how it's gonna go so here goes!)
Chapter 1
Kagome was at school, in Sophomore English. She wasn't really listening, she was thinking about Inuyasha, her boyfriend of 9 months. Their relationship had been going good, but he had been acting funny lately. A friend had hooked them up, and they had been very happy. They had always had fun together and he could always make her laugh. Rrrring! The bell had snapped her out of her thoughts. She and Inuyasha had always met up at her locker.
"Hey" she said when she saw him.
"Hey"
They just stood there awkwardly.
"So… what's up?" Kagome said hesitantly.
"Nothing"
"Okay. That's it! What's your problem? Huh? You've been acting really funny lately and I want to know what's going on NOW."
"N-Nothing's going on. I just don't have much to say."
He said nothing's wrong but Kagome didn't believe him for one second. Kagome has always had trust issues but with Inuyasha it was different. He had always treated her like a lady and had always acted like a gentleman around her but something didn't set right with her. He wasn't acting like himself. He was acting...she didn't know what he was acting like but he was acting different.
'Kagome is acting kind of different...suspicious' Inuyasha thought to himself.
LATER THAT DAY...
(at Inuyasha's house)
Rrring! The phone was ringing. "Hello?"
"Hey baby. Whatcha doin'?"
"Nothin' much. Are we still on for Friday?"
"Yeah. And Inuyasha...have you told her yet?"
" Umm...no but I will. And she's getting suspicious."
"When are you gonna tell her cuz I'm tired of sneaking around"
"When I can."
"Okay. See you Friday. Bye"
"Bye."
