Jazz was grinning wildly as Prowl tacked up the data-pad to the wall in the main-room of the base. The humans were confused, which was probably their right since it was in Cybertronian.
"Jazz, would you mind explaining?" Sam asked as Bumblebee was unable to. Of course, Jazz was willing to answer.
"Prowl's puttin' up th' twins's Top Ten Reasons why they get int' trouble with th' humans's laws!" The third in command exclaimed.
"Wait, they have actually used these reasons?" Mikaela asked.
"Yeah! Ya wanna know what they are?" Jazz asked.
"YES!" All the humans shouted. Jazz grinned wildly.

The humans stared at Jazz like he was nuts as the Cybertronians, except Prowl and Optimus(And the twins, but that's a big duh), were laughing.
"They actually use them...?" Will asked.
"I enjoy the fact that they actually try to drag Sideswipe into it!" Jazz laughed.
"As cruel as that is, it's funny as Pit!" Sideswipe laughed.
"... Damn, those two need help..." Bobby muttered, shaking his head.
