Napoleon rolled to side, pulling the platinum blonde closer to him. He kissed her on the shoulder, but felt her trembling, and sensed it wasn't brought on by desire.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm supposed to kill you darling." Angelique reached over to her clutch bag lying on the night stand. "Here, look inside."

He took it from her, and opening it, he found a syringe filled with a putrid looking green liquid.

"Lovely, what is it?" Solo crinkled his nose

"You look so cute when you do that, and to answer your question, It's a very nasty poison," she sighed, sitting up against the pillows, pulling the silk sheet with her. Though a talented seductress, Angelique still had a sense of decency, at least when it came to Napoleon Solo.

"So not today then hmmm?"

"Not today," she purred.

Napoleon smiled at that. He put the purse on the other nightstand, and reaching out, he took her hand, and kissed it, working his way up her arm to her shoulder, and finally to the nape of her neck.

"That is what I love about you Napoleon Solo, so sensual even in the face of danger,"she purred.

"Is that what stopped you from following your orders?" He whispered in her ear after nibbling on her lobe.

Angelique looked directly into his eyes. "No, not that exactly. I am finding it rather hard to rationalized the fact that I do care for you...enough at the moment not to kill you, that is."

"Lucky day for me," he smiled. Napoleon reached with his hand to the back of her head, pulling her to him, and using his talented tongue, adding it to his lengthy kiss.

For now, he'd make love to her, as he always had. Though in the past it was just sometimes to get information from her, and to share bits with her as well. There had to be a give and take in this relationship. Tonight it would simply be to enjoy being with her, along with the danger of course. With Angelique, there was always a risk and he supposed he got off on that.

The UNCLE agent, and his enemy the THRUSH agent wrapped themselves around each other, losing themselves in their temporary truce.

Tomorrow would be another day...
