A/N: This is my first NCIS fanfic! & i normally dont pair these two together but i JUST HAD TO! cuz of the feeling i got in the episode 'dagger' (i think thats what it was called) ANYWAYS i changed a few things! Lee is not being framed or anything & is not the 'spy'. The team was just following a guy & she did crash into Tony but she doesn't have a 'daughter'. Hope you guys like it!
"Get in the car NOW!" Gibbs growled as he yanked Lee by the elbow across the street. He opened the car door and pushed her inside, slamming the door closed. He walked around the car and got in. "Why?" he said in a much softer voice. Mitchelle was still shaken by what had almost happened, she was sure he would have made her bend over in public. Maybe Dinnozo and McGee always saw him act like this. "Well?" he said a bit annoyed the she was overthinking what had happened. "I'm sorry sir" she said but sadly it came out like a squeaking noise. She took a deep breath and tried again "I'm sorry I didn't think i was going to crash into Dinnozo, its my fault he got away". Her whole body was tingling in anticipation, waiting for the punishment she knew was coming. "We will continue this later" Gibbs said as McGee and Tony opened the car door.

"Her leash has gotten shorter" Gibbs said taking a drink of his coffee as Director Vance and him walked out of MTAC. "I'm suprised she's not hanging from it" Vance said as he gave Gibbs a knowing look. Gibbs shook his head as he walked into the bullpen. "Lee with me, now" he barked. Throwing his empty coffee cup away he said "Dinnozo, McGee go home, the days over" as he started walked to the elevator. "Right behind ya Boss" Tony yelled as he ran behind Lee who was already getting into the elevator. Gibbs immediately pressed the button to close the doors. "Wait Boss!" Dinnozo yelled as the doors closed.
"You're coming with me" He said finally breaking the silence in the elevator. "Ok ill meet you at your place" Lee said as elevator dinged and she steped out "No you're coming with me" he said as he stared her down. "Ok" she said as they started walking to his car. Gibbs opened the doors with the automatic unlock button. He got in, as he waited for Lee to climb in, he started the car. When Lee got in he peeled out of the parking lot eager to get home. "I didn't think you knew how to unlock it automatically" Lee said suprised. Gibbs just gave her 'the look' and said "Thats another one against you".
They didn't talk until they pulled into Gibb's driveway. "Get out" he said as he got out and started for his doorway. Lee hurried to get out and ran to catch up to him not knowing what mood he was in. Once they where both inside Gibbs closed the door and locked it. Lee walked over to his kitchen table and shifted her weight from one foot to another not knowing what was going to happen next. Gibbs walked into his kitchen and poured himself a cup of coffee, he then walked into the small dining area and leaned against the wall just looking at Lee. She bit her lip and turned to face Gibbs still unsure what mood he was in. "Go upstairs" he said as he went to go refill his cup. She did as she was told and started walking towards the stairs. As she got to the last step she took a deep breath and sighed. 'It was going to happen' she thought to her self with a smile. Lee walked past his bedroom, then the bathroom and finally came to face the closed door of 'The Room'.
