The star had shone bright among the others for the both of them.

Even if they new the other was there, they were forever parted.

Naru and Gene stood over one grave, Ayako has only just managed to help the weeping Michiru away with Keiko, and no matter what anyone said, the insecurities still lay in their hearts.

"I want to look for her."

Naru turned, though his eyes lingered.

"Naru, there's no certainty that-"

"I don't care, Lin! She has been on so many cases with us, we have found so many other spirits. Even Gene is a spirit-"

"Oliver, we can't."

Naru, for the first time in many years, found his cheeks going wet.

"I don't care! She's got to be out there! She has to be! Mai-"

The sound of the wind building.

"Naru!"

Gold circled Naru's vision, as he turned and ran, not looking back as pain was shredding his heart to pieces.

Entering the thick maze of nearby buildings, Naru was easily lost, and finally, finally the glow that had been there died down, until there was practically nothing.

Gene was the last thing he saw, silently screaming for Naru to stop.

"Why?... Why?"

Please, Mai... Gene... Let me find you...

Joker:... *sits in corner, sobbing*

Ayako: What is- why?!

Joker: Daniel Kyre, from the Youtube comedy group... He died today. I only found out this morning...

John: Oh, yes... He was found in his room, apparently having attempted suicide...

Naru: Unfortunately, on September the 18th (2015), three years after the beginning of Cyndago, Daniel passed away in Hospital, surrounded by both family and friends... He left behind a family including his Father and his 18 year-old sister. His partner, Ryan, was also his best friend, and both Cyndago, along with their other pal's (Mark's) Let's Play channel "Markiplier", have both been put on hold as they deal with this loss.

There is no certainty in Cyndago will : This literally tore me apart as soon as I heard it, as well as many other people who have come to love Daniel like a friend. He has created many wonderful sketches with Ryan, and he will be sorely missed.

Gene: Should anyone feel upset, please, it may be harder than it is to say, but please, talk to someone before letting things get as far as things did in Daniel's case. Please.

Life can be straightened out, and the pain worn away.

But Death means the pain only explodes, and spreads with each new day.
