Soft jack piece, why jack can open up to ianto, based on scene out of night travellers episode season two and spoilers for entire series two, could be jack/ianto or just friendship depends on you. K
His face, no judgement, he honestly doesn't care what I've done. He is careful not to push too far unlike Gwen who goes crashing in, oh don't get me wrong, he's interested but he stays natural, kind of like a child absorbing everything, I tell him everything, he knows about flat Holm island, the doctor and the master, he even knew about grey before, but I couldn't live with him knowing that and even after Owen checked his blood after a particularly nasty hunt and found traces of retcon, Ianto said nothing, just went on as normal, never questioning- trusting completely. I think he remembered when john mentioned grey the first time and still he held silence. That is why when I look at him now, look at that soft accepting smile I know I can tell him anything, and trust him completely with it.
