Michael wasn't really a popular guy in school. In fact some would go as far as to call him a geek. But he didn't care. Especially since he started talking to her. Mandella was a social outcast like he was however she was as beautiful as any of the popular girls. In fact to Michael she was even more beautiful then those girls like Bianca or Kat, the ones that everyone chased after.

Mandella was a smart young woman. She had an obsession with Shakespeare and where some might be put off by that Michael only thrilled in it. Not only was she strikingly beautiful, but also she was incredibly smart, so much so that she had sonnets and plays memorized.

He had trouble believing that they had so many classes together and he never noticed before. Although so much of his time lately has been spent trying to help Cameron get Bianca… there was something almost Shakespearian to the entire situation with the bribing of Patrick and…

Michael's thoughts were cut off when he spotted Mandella from across the school courtyard; she was walking with Kat who was busy ripping down signs for prom. His heart skipped a beat, as generic as that sounds, when she looked over at him and smiled. Without realizing it immediately he had smiled and waved to her. Their moment was ruined however when Kat noticed the exchange between the two, rolled her eyes, and then dragged her friend away.

He sighed and began to walk towards his next class. Later he would see her again, when he was sitting two seats behind her in English class. Michael hoped that they might be paired to work together today. Like most people with an infatuation he began to imagine all different sorts of scenarios that led to the two sharing an intimate moment. Be it a kiss or a hug. Hell, Michael would be ecstatic to share a deeply personal conversation with his beautiful fascination.

An hour till English class, he had to sit through an easy class on advanced college calculus. A mere trifle to sit through, knowing what would be waiting for him afterwards. It wasn't always easy, but pining in Padua was definitely an interesting experience. And Michael was more then willing to comply.

He was excited and had a plan to finally end his pining. David, the student assistant in the school office was willing to help him and find the locker combination. Abbey, his friend in the drama department was going to supply him with costumes. All she had to do was show. Michael could hardly wait; everything was being put into action today. For once Mandella would think of someone other than Shakespeare.
