"I had enough..."

The devastator maybe silent, toneless and heartless, but he is actually capable of emotions, emotions that are ready to erupt anytime. Every day he witnesses the idiocy of human beings, over and over again. He sees these humans as a pathetic soul, pitifully clinging to their fragile lives.

"Measly..."

This day was no different, the devastator was once again reaching his boiling point. He tries to calm himself down by taking a stroll in the woods, to breathe in some fresh air.

"Humans sure are funny creatures." the metallic sword said as he let out a chuckle.

"...Laughable" the devastator said with his usually tone of voice, even his expression didn't change.

"If you hate them as much as I do, why don't you just eat their souls? the sword suggested.

"Gran, that's quite disgusting...even if I am a demon, I find human souls to be horrible." the devastator explained.

"Heh! Coward, you call yourself a demon? Whining about such a simple thing." the sword taunted.

The devastator, however, was not affected by such taunt.

The day past by with the devastator taking a rest on a branch of a giant tree, occasionally talking to his legendary sword. Without his notice, a streak of scarlet blood ooze down his cheek. The devastator let out a sigh as he looked up to the demon who did this to him. It was none other than the chieftain of the Burning Canyon estate, Dio von Burning Canyon.

"So this is where you have been, you bastard." The diablos said with a annoyed voice.

The devastator didn't utter a single word but just looked at the diablos which made him furious.

"Well? I demand an explanation!" the diablos shouted.

The devastator thought to himself...

"They're the same, humans and demons...both selfish creatures, the only difference is humans don't admit their mistakes while demons are quite proud of their sins. I hate them. So...why do I find this magenta haired demon adorable? The way he's pouting as he pointed his scythe at me, waiting for my explanation. I find it very appealing. Why?"

"I was just taking some time alone." the devastator explained as he took the diablos's hand.

The diablos quickly pulled away and left, the devastator would try to catch up to him but he likes seeing the diablos annoyed face and thought to himself if he should apologize immediately or let it stay for awhile until Dio tries to apologize to him, even though he did nothing wrong.

Yes, Zero was quite sadistic when it comes to the people he likes, especially when it comes to hurting their emotions. Sometimes, he would go too far that his partner would be at the edge of crying, giving his partner no other choice but to do what he wants, cornering them.

In the end, he decided to give Dio a break, for he has been emotionally torturing him through out the week already. The devastator stood up from his seat and started to look for the diablos. It didn't took long for him to locate Dio, since he would always stay in his room whenever Zero hurt him.

*Knock* *Knock*

"Dio, are you in there?" the devastator asked as he turns the door knob.

There was no answer, the door was locked as well, but he knew that Dio was in there. The devastator was forced to use his strength to open the door, a slight push of the door and...

*Clingk*

The door opened, he slowly pushes it to see his partner but it was dark, he could barely see anything, as the door opens more and the light comes in, the devastator saw something he didn't expect to ever happen.
