Shii headed down the hallway of the institute, her red curls bouncing on her shoulders as she walked. It was afternoon, but it was raining still. She couldn't hear it where she was, but she could tell it was still there.
The lights on the celling had a faint glow, but there was enough so she could see. The hood of her black shrug was pulled over her head, and it was pushing her bangs into her green eyes. A cold chill reached down her back as she shivered. She hadn't spoken all morning, her throat felt dry, and her eyes felt watery. She was breathing dryly as she saw the door. It was dark grey with many scratches and dents.
She pushed on the grey door handle and walked in the large, outer room. A feeling of heavy sadness fell on her shoulders when she entered. It smelt like metal and blood. One of the scientists motioned her towards a pair of black double doors. A man with a brown mustache was standing there, smirking. Shii looked at him with hatred in her eyes. She wanted to throw him in a jail cell and let rats eat away at his skin. But all she did was shove him aside slightly so she could get close to the door. "Show me the Metaltron." She said. She hated that name, but that's what he called it. He simply nodded and punched in a code on a keypad.
The large door opened up to reveal a large, dark room, and she stepped inside.
