Jack has gone missing on a mission(still alive). Sam gets married to Pete who is very abusive. Sam somehow becomes pregnant with Jacks child. Can be multiple birth. Three years later Jack is found. He has no recollection of the past three years. He helps Sam after he finds out what happens to her.
Must be based in season 4 or up to early season 7.
Must have Janet and Jacob in it.
Sam stays in the air force and is promoted

Sam goes missing. Ba'al forces her to become his queen. But he does not know that the queen is one of the first offspring of the queen Egeria. The team looks for her. Jack realizes his feelings for Sam.

Jack and Sam get married off world...Again. This time there are consequences. Sam is pregnant with twins who will be named JJ and Grace. During the course of the pregnancy Sam and Jack realize their feelings for each other. They get married a month before the twins are born.

back pairing- Daniel and Janet
President gives them permission. Can be individual or the entire base.
